What are the hours of SRV Summer Camp?
Regular camp hours are 8:20am to 3:15pm with a staggered pickup until 3:45pm. Half-day programming is offered in our youngest group/preschool programming only. Those hours are 8:20am to 11:45pm (right before lunch). We offer morning extended care starting at 7:45 and afternoon extended care until 6pm at a rate of $12 an hour.
What are the dates of camp and how long do I need to enroll for?
Children can register for weekly sessions, allowing families the flexibility to choose as many consecutive weeks as they’d like or to pick individual weeks that best fit their summer plans. Camp runs from Monday, June 16 through Friday August 15, 2025. Camp is closed on Thursday, June 19th and Friday, July 4th, those weeks are a discounted rate.

Do you provide meals?
Children bring their own lunch and we provide a morning snack. On Fridays, we have popsicles as well!
How many children attend SRV summer camp?
About 160 to 200 children are here each week.
What is the SRV summer camp staff like?
We have a staff of multi-talented individuals who all share a genuine love of children. Each year, staff is made up of teachers, professionals, college students, alumni and high school students. The majority of staff members return year after year, and many were campers/CITs before joining the staff!
What is the cancellation policy?
Refunds are available under the following conditions: If reservations are canceled six or more weeks before the first day of camp (Monday June 16th), a refund will be issued minus the non-refundable $100 per week enrollment deposit. For cancellations made between three to six weeks prior (Monday, May 5th – Sunday, May 25th) to the start of camp, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within three weeks (Monday, May 26th – Sunday, June 15th) of the camp start date or during the camp season.

What holidays do you recognize?
We recognize Juneteenth on June 19th and July 4th. We will not have camp those days.
