What are the hours of SRV Summer Camp?
Regular camp hours are 8:20am to 3:15pm with a staggered pickup until 3:45pm. Half-day programming is offered in our youngest group/preschool programming only. Those hours are 8:20am to 11:45pm (right before lunch). We offer morning extended care starting at 7:45 at a rate of $5 a day and afternoon extended care until 6pm at a rate of $12 an hour.
What are the dates of camp and how long do I need to enroll for?
Children can register for weekly sessions, allowing families the flexibility to choose as many consecutive weeks as they’d like or to pick individual weeks that best fit their summer plans. Camp runs from Monday, June 16 through Friday August 15, 2025. Camp is closed on Friday June 19th for Juneteenth and Friday, July 3rd for the 4th of July, those weeks are a discounted rate.
What is the cancellation policy?
Refunds are available under the following conditions: If reservations are canceled six or more weeks before the first day of camp (Monday June 15th), a refund will be issued minus the non-refundable $100 per week enrollment deposit. For cancellations made between three to six weeks prior (Monday, May 4th – Sunday, May 24th) to the start of camp, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within three weeks (Monday, May 25th – Sunday, June 14th) of the camp start date or during the camp season.

Do you provide meals?
Children bring their own lunch and we provide a morning snack that consists of both a dry snack (pretzels, graham crackers, animal crackers) and a fruit. All of our dry snacks are egg and dairy free, we can provide gluten free alternatives. On Fridays, we have a special treat of popsicles to end the week!
What is the SRV summer camp staff like?
We have a staff of multi-talented individuals who all share a genuine love of children. Each year, staff is made up of teachers, professionals, college students, alumni and high school students. The majority of staff members return year after year, and many were campers/CITs before joining the staff!
What happens after I am on the waitlist?
If you join the waitlist on the day of registration, we will continue to enroll for up to two business days without formal ask, though you will receive a notification that you were enrolled! After that, we will email you and ask if you would still like the spot, in that case you have 24 hours to answer. If we do not hear back in 24 hours, we will assume you no longer want the spot.
