What programs are offered for 5 and 6 year olds?
A bridge between the Preschool and Choice Programs, the Sprout Program is designed for children entering kindergarten and first grade. Campers spend the mornings playing indoors and out with their own lead counselors and have daily swimming lessons with our certified lifeguards. After lunch the children choose their activities, just as the older campers do, gaining confidence and independence within a structure that supports their individual development. Please note: Sprouts do not go to archery.
What programs are offered for children going into 2nd through 7th grade?
Children ages 7 to 13 have a variety of things to explore and enjoy, ranging from indoor and outdoor activities. These campers have daily swim lessons and free time in the pool supervised by our certified lifeguards. Campers can explore their creative side in dance, play Capture the Flag, go on a hike to Bamboo Island in the afternoon, and make a friendship bracelet in the shade before they head home. With COVID limitations, we may be required to limit the choices on certain weeks. That said, our commitment to well-rounded experiences and commitment to progressive education remains.
