New learning adventures await each week. Days brim with captivating activities brought to you by the experienced camp team from The School in Rose Valley, promising curiosity, delightful learning and creative expression for children ages 5-12. Spending the majority of the day outdoors, your child will be immersed in a diverse array of experiences, fostering a love for nature and forging lasting connections with peers.
What would a typical day look like?
Every day at camp promises a distinct adventure. Grouped with 15 peers of similar ages, your child will experience engaging activities ranging from exploring at the pond and learning about plant identification to imaginative play in our treehouses. Each day, we will have snack at 10:15am and lunch at 12pm. Following lunch, there’s a quiet time for reflection and rest. Whether it’s a game of tag among the trees or a creative project inspired by nature, your child’s day will be filled with meaningful experiences guided by their own interests and supported by our experienced staff
Our approach prioritizes a positive and supportive environment, nurturing curiosity and building a sense of community among campers. Anticipate your child returning home with newfound knowledge, muddy clothes, cherished memories, and an enriched appreciation for nature, cultivated in the heart of Tyler Arboretum’s expansive greenery.
